“Hang up your chairs to better sweep. Clear the floor to dance. Throw the walls into the fireplace.” In actual fact, this melody is a crazy play of inscription. Really it can’t mean you need to throw your wall unto the fireplace-the wall won’t even fit unto any fireplace screens, no matter how enormous your fireplace may be. This song is in fact a tune of merrymaking. It means you need to let loose now and then. Just be crazy and cast away all your problems. Like dragging your chair close to the fireplace, placing a warm rug underneath and read.
This melody indeed makes me remember a fireplace. And how cozy they make me amidst the arctic biting evening. Currently though not so many houses have hearths because of the more expedient use of central heating. But I for one think that a fireside by the nook with gorgeous fireplace accessories by the side, adorning the fireplace corner, would make an exceptionally comely area where the family could rest together and talk.
The good news is there are still house owners who choose not to get rid of the hearths from dated houses they are planning to develop. Contemporary architecture and interior designs know that what fireplace has although impractical to use, can still be a very comely ornamental part of the house interior. Along with fireplace tools, homeowners could make the fireplace corner into a handsome ornament especially on Christmas and late night parties. So I suggest you to calm your head, and brush off the cinders on your fireside and fire it up for a merrier winter evening.
